Q. I don`t See a Padlock at the Bottom of My Browser? Is This Site Secure?
A. Although the Kenberne website is not hosted on a secure server itself, once you
have completed shopping and choose to check out, we transfer you
to a
secure payment
provider (protx) in order to take online payments. Any information sent
to Protx ie. Your Name &
Address + Basket Contents is highly encrypted before being sent
over the internet. This ensures
all data is highly secure & very safe.
If you are still worried you can always pay instore or over the phone for total peace of mind.
Simply complete your online order, and choose the finish button, rather than the pay online button.

Q. Where Do Kenbernes Deliver?
A. We have our own dedicated delivery team delivering to DN postcodes only.
If you live just outside of doncaster please call us on 01302 329946 for delivery charges.
Smaller Items Such as Vacuum Cleaners Can be Delivered to All UK
Mainland Addresses For £10. These Are Carried Out By Parcelforce 24.

Q. Can I Have My Old Appliance Taken Away When You Deliver My New One?
A. We will be happy to dispose of your old appliance for a small charge:-
Cookers,Washers & Dryers £5.00 ea.
Refrigeration Products £15.00 ea.
Please Have Your Old Appliance(s) Ready When We Deliver Your New One,
The Charge Is Payable To
The Delivery Team if Not Paid At Time Of Checkout.

Q. Can i Collect An Appliance from my Local Store?
A. Yes, although additional stock is not stored at each local branch, arrangments can be
made to drop off your appliance there for you to collect. Please Allow 24 Hours After placing Your Order
For Your Item To be Ready For Collection. Proof Of ID & Order No. Must Be Brought With You, Which Must Match
The Details provided at the time of ordering unless Payment is Being Made In Store, At The Same Time As Collection.
Q. Can i Order Appliances Online and Pay with a Credit Card?
A. Yes, All Items online can be paid for by debit/credit cards securely Online

All Major Credit / Debit Cards Are Now Accepted Online.

Q. Ive Seen a Product i can`t find in my Local Kenberne`s or On Your Website? Can You
Supply It and will you Match the price?
A. We will supply any major branded current model and do our best to match the price
you have seen elsewhere including internet prices.

Q. How Do I Use Your Reserve & Collect Service?
A. When Entering Your Address Details During the Checkout Process, You Can Also Choose
Wether To Have Your Order Delivered or Reserve The Item(s) For Collection. Please Allow 24 Hours
After Placing Your Order For Your Items To Be Ready For Collection.
Q. Do I Have The Right To Cancel My Order After It Has Been Confirmed?
A. Please Note: If you decide not to go ahead with your purchase once we have confirmed payment
of your order, You have the right to cancel the order but we may charge you an admin fee of £25 to do so.
If your item has already been delivered, you still have the right to cancel or refuse delivery,
but an additional charge of £10 will be added to the admin costs for logistical purposes.
Q. Some of Your Lawn Mowers Say 'Graded Product' What Does This Mean?
Some The Bosch, Flymo and Qualcast mowers we sell are Factory Graded. This means
that they have been sold before and returned to the Manurfactuer. The fault has been professionally
corrected by the manufactuer and then the item is resold complete with a 12 month guarantee.

RETURNS / FAULTY PRODUCT PROCEDURES
Q. What If My Appliance Develops a Fault? do they come with a Guarantee?
A. All Products Sold by Kenberne`s Come with a Full Guarantee which varies from
Brand to Brand, The least cover will be 1 Year Parts & Labour.
However within 28 Days Kenbernes will replace any faulty product.
After 28 days until your guarantee period runs out, any fault should be reported to
the Dedicated Help line that each Manurfactuer has available. They Will Arrange for one
of their Service Engineers to call & get you back up and running.
Q. What If my Appliance Cant be Repaired?
A. If your Product can`t be repaired, then the manurfactuer will issue you with
an UPLIFT NUMBER, This entitles us to replace the faulty product with a direct replacment
or alternative model at your own choosing..
